Home to one of Latin America’s biggest spas, the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort offers a luxurious experience. It backs onto a beach that’s typically Caribbean with sugar-white sands, turquoise seas and the odd palm tree.
The swimming pool comes complete with a swim-up bar, in-water sunbeds and a whirlpool bath. A spacious sun terrace edges the water, with loungers grouped under palm-thatched parasols. Over at the spa, you’ll find another large pool. This is in addition to al fresco massage suites and a treatment menu featuring facials, Swedish massage and Balinese showers.
The rooms are all junior suites. Dressed in muted blues and golds, they’re finished with mahogany furniture. And each one comes with plush accessories like whirlpool baths, fluffy bathrobes and a pillow menu.
